I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After a long day of travel, the check-in process was frustrating due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They made me wait unnecessarily, and there was no assistance or even a simple welcome offered. On the bright side, the hotel is located centrally, which could be convenient for those looking to explore the area; however, the service was a major letdown which overshadowed any positives.
